The first Proton model designed and developed entirely in-house, the Impian was generously equipped, comfortable and spacious and offers far more value for money than other cars in its class.

The 1.6 litre 16V CamPro engine provided a maximum power of 110bhp and top speed of 124mph. Lotus-developed ride and handling made it an enjoyable and reliable drive and the finishing touches inside, made the Impian both comfortable and practical.
