Commitment to customer care at Proton is evident from previous achievements in the JD Power surveys where they have scored 81.6% for overall customer satisfaction. With new products and ambitious acquisition targets set for 2006 Proton wish to ensure their dealers are given all the support needed to further increase their level of customer service.
Proton will be undertaking the customer handling programme with car industry experts Douglas Stafford who specialise in dealer performance evaluation, helping companies to improve the service provided to their customers.
