Customer satisfaction is key to Proton's success

01 Apr 2008

Good customer satisfaction is key to Proton's success and loyal customer base. That's why Proton continuously monitor it's dealer network to ensure customers always receive the best level of service possible wherever they are in the country. The latest customer survey results highlight a number of dealers who customers have identified as going above and beyond the call of duty.

Reg Thompson Cars
Based in Keighley, West Yorkshire; Reg Thompson Cars is a well respected family owned business who proudly sponsor the local junior football club, Long Lee Juniors. Reg Thompson says "Whilst we don't stock thousands of cars, we do stock quality vehicles at hard to beat prices, backed up with a fast and friendly service you would expect from a family business."

Williams Bridge
With over 30 years experience in New Milton, Hampshire; Williams Bridge know what it takes to keep customers coming back time and time again. One customer stated "I took my Proton to Williams Bridge on the Friday and the parts were delivered and fitted by Tuesday, service beyond belief."

Williams Bridge recently donated a Satria Neo to a joint emergency response programme run by Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service and South Central Ambulance Service. Managing director, Mrs Margaret Smyth, says "The people of New Milton and the surrounding area have supported us through the good and the bad times and this is just one way we can thank them,"

Pilgrims Of March
"Everything with you in mind" has long been the slogan from established Ford and Proton dealer, Pilgrims Of March. Rather than made up by a marketing department, this message has been backed up by consistently satisfied customers who say that they wouldn't go anywhere else for both servicing and looking for a new car.

NR Bates & Son
A business can not survive for nearly 40 years without building a strong relationship with it's customers. So that's exactly what NR Bates & Son have been doing, based at Intake, Sheffield; they've been selling and servicing cars for the South Yorkshire area, Richard Bates says "we've always placed our emphasis on a friendly and honest service at sensible rates."
