Proton achieves top scores in latest NFDA Survey and welcomes two new dealers.
The growing popularity of Proton’s franchise offer for dealers has been highlighted as it ranked within the top three of 12 categories in the bi-annual National Franchised Dealer Association Survey, including scoring top marks in six of these.
Proton topped the polls for six categories including "fairness of manufacturer’s policy for the supply and stocking of vehicles"; "timely and fair settlement of warranty claims" (joint 1st with Toyota); "quality of technical support" and "availability of parts".
Proton Cars has had further reason to celebrate within the last month as it welcomes the addition of two new dealers to its franchise portfolio.
The latest editions to the Proton franchise include Worthing’s Clarion Cars and Taunton’s Greenway Motors. Both dealers now stock the full range of Proton models, including the funky 5-door Savvy city car, the sporty 3-door Satria Neo and new Satria Neo Sport, 5-door GEN-2 family hatchback and the 4-door GEN-2 saloon and LPG dual fuel GEN-2 ecoLogic range. Starting from £7,995 OTR, both Clarion Cars and Greenway Motors will offer customers a whole host of deals on a new Proton.
Talking about the recent NFDA Survey results and new dealer partnerships, Simon Park, General Manager of Sales & Marketing for Proton Cars (UK) Ltd said: "We are delighted with the results of the NFDA Survey, and look forward to building on these year on year going forward."
Simon continued: "Maintaining strong relations with our dealers is very important to us, and we’re pleased to welcome two new members to our franchise this month – Greenway Motors and Clarion Cars. We hope that their experience of Proton will be reflective of these latest results."
